A VENTURE
A VENTURE
If
we Google search the word Startup,
dictionary would show up the result as process of setting something in motion. The
word motion, reminds me of law of motion proposed by Sir Isaac Newton. The interesting factor is that this law can
be observed everywhere.
One may have a lot of ideas, some may be good,
some may be brilliant, if they worked out many could turn into a good venture.
But many times we observe Newton’s Law, which is until and unless people ask us
to transform our idea into a venture, our idea will be in a state of continues
rest. Many of us need some external push to come forward and start a career as
an entrepreneur.
I have to appreciate that now-a-days many governmental
as well as non-governmental organizations are coming forward to promote startup
ideas. This is really helping a lot of people in achieving their
entrepreneurial dream.
Startup India, Kerala startup mission and all
such organisations are showing keen interest in promoting startup ventures from
all possible backgrounds. In our college, Kerala Startup Mission has started Innovation
and Entrepreneurship Development Cell for the promotion of startup ventures
among students. By organising many startup talks, seminars, idea presentation
and such events, they are really developing a culture among the upcoming
generation regarding entrepreneurial venture.
Technological innovations can make the world a
better place. It is said that, India is a good place for entrepreneurs, for the
reason being our nation has a lot of opportunities in each and every sector
that we touch. If we start focusing on finding solutions rather than the
problems, we will have a lot of scope for developing an entrepreneurial culture
in the nation. In our developing nation; if we focus more upon promoting
startup culture it may showcase our nation’s capability in attaining self
sustainability.
Not anyone can be an entrepreneur, but an
entrepreneur can be anyone.
